Public holidays
A 20% surcharge applies to all charges on public holidays
Waitstaff
$300 for 4 hours, $60 per hour thereafter
1 waitstaff required for up to 15 guests
2 waitstaff required for 16-30 guests
3 waitstaff required for 31-40 guests
4 waitstaff required for 41-49 guests
100% surcharge on waitstaff on public holidays
BYO Food and Beverages
BYO Food: $10 per person ($250 minimum charge)
Includes use of cooking facilities and equipment
BYO Beverages: $20 per person
Includes ice, glassware and cool storage

Pre-access for drop-off food and beverages:
$100 for charters with beverage package and/or catering
$200 for BYO-charters
