What happens if it rains on the day?

Creating beautiful Experiences is our number one priority. If it rains and you are booked in on a vessel that is exposed to the elements, we can reschedule your Experience free of charge. We can also reschedule your experience free of charge in the case of severe weather.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Sydney Luxury Cruise does not offer Cancellations on Booked Experiences and Gift Cards. We have a very flexible Rescheduling policy. Please refer to our full terms and conditions in the footer below for more information.

Can I choose my own music on board?

Yes. All vessels are equipped with the latest Bluetooth surround system which you can connect through to your phone.

Can I choose my own route?

Yes, you can. As long as the weather permits it and your route is within Sydney Harbour. You can discuss the route with your Skipper on the day.

Will there be other people on board?

No, all of our experiences (Except our "Sea Sydney Harbour" products on MV Salute) are completely private. It will just be your crew, yourself and the people you choose to be with.
